Linker script not offsetting reset / interrupt vector (paulmtcuk)

I'm trying to offset an application program to location 0x2000, i.e. reset should be at 0x2000 and everything else offset. This is for a boot loader application. The PIC is dsPIC33EP256MC202 Linker script (.gld) memory part
